"Darikhana" - situated in the Raas Jodhpur hotel, this restaurant serves modern Indian dishes made with locally sourced ingredients.
The menu features a wide range of options, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as well as a selection of snacks like samosas and pakoras. To begin your meal there are two options: you can order a la carte or choose from one of their set menus that include starters and mains along with dessert. You can also request for an omlette or eggplant paratha if you're feeling adventurous! The restaurant also offers live music evenings twice a week (Saturday & Sunday).
"Indique" - located in the Pal Haveli hotel, this rooftop restaurant offers stunning views of the city along with a fusion of Indian and international cuisine.

The drinks list is also quite extensive with many exotic cocktails like gin martinis or pina coladas on tap at all times throughout the day according to your preference. If you're looking for something other than alcohol then they also have non-alcoholic beverages like fresh juices as well as wines by glass (1/2 litre) or bottle (750ml). Prices range from around Rs 400/- per person depending on what you order but reservations are recommended since they tend to fill up quickly during peak hours especially after sunset when most people dine there anyway since it's located right near their hotel rooms too so parking isn't an issue either
Located in the Ajit Bhawan Palace hotel, Pillars serves traditional Rajasthani fare along with international dishes.

If you want to have some drinks then it'll cost around Rs 200-500 each depending on how many glasses of wine/beer etc...you want! Drishti is a good place to go for dinner or lunch with friends or family members who are visiting the city.
The restaurant is located on the top floor of Haveli Inn Pal hotel, which is a five-star hotel in Jodhpur's city center. It has an excellent view of the city from its panoramic windows and offers a wide range of Western and Indian cuisine. The atmosphere is very elegant, with low lighting that makes it feel like you're dining in an upscale lounge rather than just a restaurant.
There's also live entertainment during dinner hours, so this is one place where you can get dressed up if you want to impress your date (or yourself). The service staff are professional but still personable enough to make conversation during your meal; they'll even bring out freshly baked cookies at dessert time!
The prices here are quite reasonable compared with other restaurants in Jodhpur—a typical entrée costs around Rs 800 ($12 USD). For those who enjoy fine dining but don't want to spend much money on their food experience at all...this would be an excellent choice!
